Established for 70 + years, our growing team of specialist surveyors
and engineers is matched by a rapidly expanding client por琀昀olio,

the experience of working with us. All of our team are Members
of Engineers Ireland and were are delighted to have received the
Engineers Ireland CPD Employer of the Year Award in 2022.

What we do
TOBIN has extensive experience of comple琀椀ng Topographical
surveys,using total sta琀椀ons and GPS, postprocessing of data for input
into GIS systems and crea琀椀ng 3d models and contour drawings.
Working closely with our project managers and engineers, our
building surveyors act as lead consultant on a range of commissions,
from technical due diligence, and defects inves琀椀ga琀椀ons to
refurbishment and remedia琀椀on works.
Our proven track record demonstrates our ability to deliver with
speed and dependability on the most complex of projects.
