Kingscourt Town Public Realm
Client: Cavan County Council

This project consists of the crea琀椀on of a high-quality
public realm space, a new remote working hub and
the provision of enhanced way昀椀nding and o昀昀-street
car parking to create a more community-based core
for Kingscourt Town. A site topographical survey was
prepared as part of this project of the main street
which involved a full detailed survey of the Main
Street in Kingscourt including 2 roundabouts, 1 side
street, back gardens and 2 building surveys.
Water Network Management Services

Uisce Éireann have set up a watermain rehabilita琀椀on
framework for eight regions covering the en琀椀re
country. A topgraphical survey was carried out for the
proposed watermain pipelines and currently, TOBIN
have completed 50 surveys ranging from 2km to 20km
in length. While comple琀椀ng the survey, John Murray
- Surveying Lead also dealt with Tra昀케c Management,
Pedestrians, Landowners and County Council Sta昀昀.
