Junction Improvements at Frenchpark
Client: Roscommon County Council
TOBIN developed op琀椀ons and carried a design of a tra昀케c
light system from Feasibility to Construc琀椀on including
Part 8 Planning. The design addresses a number of safety
aspects including pedestrian facili琀椀es, sightline issues
and speed issues while retaining on-street parking for
residents and businesses. The TOBIN roads team liaised
with TII and Roscommon County Council to come up with
an innova琀椀ve solu琀椀on.

Client: Cavan County Council
This was a large scale Pavement Asset Repair and
Renewal Scheme (PARR) ran over 2 phases and
approximately 10km. Issues included edge subsidence,
昀氀ooding, road side hazards and substandard geometry,
in both a rural and urban se琀�ng. TOBIN roads team
Carried the project through all stages of the scheme
with construc琀椀on 昀椀nishing in late 2024.
