Digital Approach and Implementation
TOBIN have been involved in delivering BIM projects from design through to handover and
are currently working on a number of projects on site that have been subject to a BIM Level
2 strategy throughout design and construc琀椀on.
All jobs are subject to each project delivery partner agreeing and signing up to TOBIN BIM
Execu琀椀on Plan (BEP). The BEP provides a baseline document, approved by the Employer, to
guide the project team in achieving goals set with regards to BIM deliverables throughout
the project. The TOBIN BEP speci昀椀es the roles and responsibili琀椀es of project members
when using BIM at di昀昀erent stages of a project. It contains details with regards to the BIM
deliverables and the process through which the deliverables are created, maintained and
shared, in order to meet a set of project goals.
TOBIN author all BEP’s to deliver informa琀椀on based on the client’s Employer’s Informa琀椀on
Requirement and each BEP is structured as per the requirements set-out in PAS 11922:2013.
