undertake C&S Engineering Services on Autumn View
Residen琀椀al Project. This social housing development of
27 units comprises a mix of detached, semi-detached,
bungalow and two storey homes with all associated
site works built on a green昀椀eld site of 1.13 hectares.

This project comprises of the construc琀椀on of 11
new houses Muirhevnamor, Dundalk as part of an
in昀椀ll housing project. All of the eleven new units will
have a BER A energy ra琀椀ng, with addi琀椀onal bene昀椀ts
to tenants including a heat pump system.
