This project consisted of the demoli琀椀on of the two
exis琀椀ng ‘Marine View’ two-storey apartment blocks
and the construc琀椀on of a new 昀椀ve storey apartment
block including 18 apartment units. The building has
a double mono-pitch roof design, several balconies
on each 昀氀oor and associated landscaping.

refurbishment and conversion of the protected
school building to facilitate 4no. units. The
full demoli琀椀on of the school’s laundry building
facilitated the construc琀椀on of the remaining 19
