This project will comprise of the construc琀椀on of Social
housing developments consis琀椀ng of 486 dwellings
split across six sites in Dublin, Kildare, Wicklow and
Sligo. Residen琀椀al facili琀椀es include houses, duplex and
apartment units. Ancillary facili琀椀es on the sites, include
but are not limited to building entrances, site access,
estate roads, footpaths, parking areas, open spaces,
play areas, landscaping and associated services.
