TOBIN was delighted to provide PSDP and safety
services to Dublin City Council for the upgrade of the
Lord Mayor’s private self-contained residence on the
1st 昀氀oor of the Mansion House on Dawson St, Dublin
2. This is a building of interna琀椀onal signi昀椀cance with
important civic, architectural, historical and cultural
associa琀椀ons.
Rutland Street School Redevelopment

This 30 million euro project will provide a large range of
services and facili琀椀es for the surrounding area. These include
facili琀椀es for community groups, a café and community hall,
a crèche, a radio sta琀椀on, Dublin City Council o昀케ces and
enterprise incuba琀椀on hubs. Our role includes working on
challenging temporary works respec琀椀ng the age, condi琀椀on
and layout of the historic fabric of this impressive 115-yearold building.
