school, an extension to the exis琀椀ng school and external
& site infrastructure works.

TOBIN were engaged by Limerick Twenty Thirty to oversee
the 昀椀rst phase of essen琀椀al repair works. Phase One focuses
on the en琀椀re upper storey of the main mill building, from the
second-昀氀oor plate upwards and extending the full length of
the structure. This stage of the development will also include
detailed inves琀椀ga琀椀ons to inform the design, repair, and
enhancement works planned for future phases.
