This project comprised of the o昀케ce refurbishment
for Ryanair at their new premises at Lakeshore Drive,
Airside Business Park in Swords, where TOBIN provided
Civil, Structural, Fire and PSDP services. The two-storey
building, is now opera琀椀onal and the works consisted
of approximately 1800m² of 昀椀t-out, 昀椀re safety upgrade
works and improvements to the exis琀椀ng car park.

Value: €6m
TOBIN worked closely with Bia Innovator Campus CLG Board
in order to deliver a research and educa琀椀onal food complex,
comprising of 3 separate buildings in Athenry, Co. Galway.
The site development works encompassed the construc琀椀on
of roads, paths, pavements, u琀椀li琀椀es, drainage systems, and
landscaping.
