TOBIN’s Environment and Planning division includes a team of trained and professional ecologists who o昀昀er a wide range of ecological
services such as; Ecological Impact Assessments, Appropriate Assessments, Surveys, and Preliminary Ecological Appraisals.
Clients from all sectors work with us to gain environmental planning consent and manage the impacts of developments on species and
their habitats. We aim to provide a variety of pragma琀椀c ecological solu琀椀ons that meet our client’s requirements, while also ensuring
the protec琀椀on and enhancement of wildlife and habitats and compliance with legisla琀椀on. We follow best prac琀椀ce methodology and
templates for repor琀椀ng which provide comprehensive reports to meet legisla琀椀ve requirements. TOBIN ecologists are experienced in
working as part of project teams with engineers, hydrologists, hydrogeologists, environmental scien琀椀sts and others.
