This project comprised of the o昀케ce refurbishment for
Ryanair at their new premises at Lakeshore Drive, Airside
Business Park in Swords, where TOBIN provided Civil,
Structural, Fire and PSDP services. The two-storey
building, is now opera琀椀onal and the works consisted
of approximately 1800m² of 昀椀t-out, 昀椀re safety upgrade
works and improvements to the exis琀椀ng car park.

Value: €500,000
Works consisted of the Upgrade and refurbishment works
to Shannon Airport Terminal including the complete
refurbishment works to the arrivals hall, immigra琀椀on hall and
transit lounge. Works also included the construc琀椀on of new
o昀케ces, the development of new retail space and children’s play
facility, the replacement of exis琀椀ng curtain walling and cladding
systems and the upgrade of the duty-free retail space.
