Patrick Cunningham, Public Realm Lead
Patrick is a Chartered Engineer with over 23 years’ experience and holds the posi琀椀on of Technical Director within TOBIN. He is a good communicator and
self-mo琀椀vated with widespread experience in public works encompassing Project Management, Design, Contract Procurement Administra琀椀on, and handover
e昀昀ec琀椀vely covering all Stages (I) through to (V) ac琀椀vi琀椀es. Guided by TOBIN Core Values, Patrick con琀椀nues to provide innova琀椀ve and sustainable solu琀椀ons, in
a safe and 琀椀mely manner, maintaining good working rela琀椀onships, while conscious of the commercial aspects of delivering projects on budget.
David McHugh, Project Engineer
David McHugh has over 10 years’ experience and holds the posi琀椀on of Project Engineer in the Roads & Transport Division. David has an Honours Degree
in Civil Engineering which included modules that focused on sustainable construc琀椀on using integrated civil engineering technologies and in par琀椀cular use of
Building Informa琀椀on Modelling (BIM). David has worked on a number of public realm projects in the areas of commercial, transport and civil structures for
clients such as Local Authori琀椀es and the O昀케ce of Public Works.
Edwin Ramon, Project Engineer
Edwin is a Senior Engineer in the Roads & Transporta琀椀on division, holding a degree in Civil Engineering. He has extensive experience in highways and
roundabout geometric design, land development, urban regenera琀椀on, cycleways, and Civil 3D corridor modeling. Edwin is also ac琀椀vely involved in public realm
projects, contribu琀椀ng his exper琀椀se to the development of vibrant and sustainable urban spaces.
Viswas Kutty, Project Engineer
Viswas is a highly experienced Project Engineer with over 18 years of exper琀椀se across private and government sectors. He has a proven track record of leading
and managing transporta琀椀on and public realm projects of varying scales. Known for his excellent communica琀椀on skills and ability to collaborate e昀昀ec琀椀vely,
Viswas thrives as part of a mul琀椀disciplinary project team. He brings signi昀椀cant experience in coordina琀椀ng with clients, private developers, transporta琀椀on
stakeholders, and contractors, ensuring the successful delivery of complex projects.
