social and economic purpose of the town, and respond

remote working, climate ac琀椀on and digitalisa琀椀on.

Works comprise of the transforma琀椀on of St. Kieran’s
Street & Market Square in Kilkenny into a high-quality
public realm, with a permanent outdoor dining area,
new featured ligh琀椀ng, a new pedestrian and cyclist
dominated space and the provision of an outdoor
entertainment area.
