TOBIN’s Water & U琀椀li琀椀es Division incorporates a specialist team of professionals
responsible for our Outdoor Recrea琀椀onal work.
A well-designed Blueway and Greenway provides a mul琀椀tude of bene昀椀ts to
natural environments by protec琀椀ng cri琀椀cal wildlife habitats, as well as mee琀椀ng
the needs of cyclists, pedestrians and families.
Trails, parks and other open spaces are important aspects of livability, providing
opportuni琀椀es for healthy lifestyles. Communi琀椀es with trails provide enjoyable
and safe op琀椀ons for transporta琀椀on, making it a more a琀琀rac琀椀ve and friendly
place to live whilst reducing air pollu琀椀on.
