Natalie Duncan, Senior Hydrogeologist
Natalie joined TOBIN’s Environment and Planning division in 2023 as a Senior Hydrogeologist in our Dublin O昀케ce. She graduated with an MSc in Earth
Science from Utrecht University in 2012 and is a Professional Member (PGeo) of the Ins琀椀tute of Geologists Ireland and a member of the Interna琀椀onal
Associa琀椀on of Hydrogeologists. Natalie is an experienced hydrogeologist (10+ years experience), with extensive knowledge of groundwater resource
assessments and environmental hydrogeology. She has successfully planned, coordinated and executed numerous 昀椀eldwork and mapping projects
across Ireland, working for Bord na Móna Environmental Ltd. and as an independent consultant for Geological Survey Ireland.
Joe Greene, Senior Hydrogeologist
Joe holds the posi琀椀on of Senior Hydrogeologist with TOBIN’s Environment and Planning sec琀椀on. Since gradua琀椀ng from the University of Birmingham
in 2016 with a MSc in Hydrogeology, he has worked in consultancies in the UK and Ireland, focusing primarily on groundwater resources. Joe has
extensive experience in the delinea琀椀on of source protec琀椀on zones/zones of contribu琀椀on; reviewing, processing and quality assuring large hydrometric
monitoring datasets; borehole drilling; as well as the supervision and repor琀椀ng of groundwater sampling and analysis.
