Meet our Flood Management Lead - Dr. Aristotelis Tegos
Aristotelis is a Fellow Civil Engineer in TOBIN’s, and has extensive experience in sites speci昀椀c 昀氀ood risk
assessments, hydraulic and hydrological modelling, 昀氀oodplain assessment and 昀氀ood mi琀椀ga琀椀on studies, dam
design studies, safety and surveillance of dams and construc琀椀on supervision of dams.
Aristotelis holds a Phd in Civil Engineering from the School of Civil Engineering of Na琀椀onal Technical University
of Athens. Aris is ac琀椀ve in the academic domain exploring and publishing state-of-art ideas in hydrology
engineering, 昀氀ood modelling, drought analysis, water/environmental issues, and analysis of catastrophic events.
His published scien琀椀昀椀c work is highly cited including hundreds of cita琀椀ons. He has been guest lecturer for
several academic ins琀椀tu琀椀ons in Greece and Canada.
