TOBIN were ini琀椀ally appointed by Bord Na Móna in
2008 to prepare a Planning Applica琀椀on, EIS and Waste
Licence Review Applica琀椀on to extend and intensify
the waste management facility. TOBIN has since been
appointed by Bord Na Móna to carry out the detailed
design of Phase No. I to XIII of the land昀椀ll, to prepare
tender documents and to provide technical assistance
and undertake quality assurance during the construc琀椀on
stage.

Loca琀椀on: Co. Tipperary
Throughout the construc琀椀on phase TOBIN have
undertaken the role of ecological clerk of works, whereby
the brief was to a琀琀end site once a week and produce
a weekly report. The TOBIN Environmental team saw
an opportunity in enhancing this development beyond
its scope by sugges琀椀ng and incorpora琀椀ng ecological
enhancement measures that would improve and
support the biodiversity of the local area.
