Karl McKenna, Operations Director
Karl brings over 30 years of infrastructure consul琀椀ng and construc琀椀on experience across a range of sectors. He previously held senior leadership roles
with global infrastructure consultancies ATKINSREALIS and AECOM in Ireland and the UK. With a successful track record in organisa琀椀onal growth
and mul琀椀-disciplinary team development, he is passionate about delivering sustainable infrastructure solu琀椀ons that enhance lives and communi琀椀es.
Karl is a Chartered Engineer with Engineers Ireland, holds a Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering from Trinity College Dublin and an MBA in Business
Administra琀椀on and Management.
Brian Gallagher, Technical Director
Brian is a Chartered Civil Engineer with over 27 years’ experience in delivering infrastructural projects in Ireland and the west of Ireland speci昀椀cally.
He holds the posi琀椀on Technical Director in the Water & U琀椀li琀椀es Division of TOBIN. Brian has worked on several regionally signi昀椀cant infrastructure
and town projects for local authori琀椀es and has provided training to Local Authority personnel on the GCCC Condi琀椀ons of Engagement and Public
Works Contracts.
Brian O’Connell, Engineer
Brian is a Senior Engineer in TOBIN’s Water & U琀椀li琀椀es Division. He graduated from NUIG in 2005 with an honours degree in Civil Engineering. Since
then he has gained more than 15 years experience in Ireland and abroad, working in private consultancies and local government. He obtained the 琀椀tle
of Chartered Engineer with Engineers Australia which has been recognised by Engineer’s Ireland. He has extensive experience working on the provision
of Public Domain infrastructure while working for the local authority, and also as a consultant.
