Diamond Hill Walkway Trails

TOBIN was appointed from Stages 1 to 5 by the Na琀椀onal
Parks and Wildlife Service to design the Diamond Hill
Walking Trail in Connemara. The project required the
construc琀椀on of six types of pathways on the slopes
of Diamond Hill that comprised of natural materials
such as gravel surfaces, hand spalled stoxe and raised
boardwalk with a combined total length of 4,830m.

Loca琀椀on: Co. Waterford
TOBIN, in partnership with Land Use Consultants
(LUC) from the UK, are currently preparing a
Feasibility Study for a proposed recrea琀椀onal trail and
biodiversity park in Cappoquin, Co. Waterford. The
project is being advanced by Waterford City & County
Council, working in associa琀椀on with local community
development partners under the Rural Regenera琀椀on
and Development Fund (RRDF).
