The planning team has the capability to provide full planning consultancy services. Our planners are highly experienced at managing the
prepara琀椀on, submission and nego琀椀a琀椀on of planning applica琀椀ons of varying complexity.
We iden琀椀fy the most appropriate and robust route to planning approval and provide planning support from the incep琀椀on of a project
through to construc琀椀on and opera琀椀on. The types of projects which the planning team are involved in include renewable energy projects
such as wind and solar, power plants; water and wastewater projects; residen琀椀al and sports/community facili琀椀es.

Preparation of planning strategies and feasibility reports
to ensure that the planning risk on projects is identi昀椀ed
and managed.
Preparation and submission of planning applications,
including Section 34 applications and Strategic Infrastructure Development (SID) projects. to include the
following:
• Pre-planning consultation with the relevant
statutory authorities (Local Authority/An Bord
Pleanála)
• Stakeholder engagement and public
consultation exercises
• Management and monitoring of a planning
application through the statutory process,
including requests for Further Information (FI)
