track internal improvements, and provide the data to the Execu琀椀ve and Board.
Con琀椀nuing to ensure that all recruitment processes promote gender balance,
star琀椀ng with diverse and balanced interview panels.
Con琀椀nue to create a culture of inclusion and diversity in line with our guiding
principles by promo琀椀ng the importance of respec琀椀ng and being kind to each
other.
We have a range of policies in place to support employees at all stages of their
careers. We will con琀椀nue to promote these, including 昀氀exible working, work–life
balance, and family-friendly ini琀椀a琀椀ves designed to support our people.
