There con琀椀nues to be a higher number of males in the middle and upper quar琀椀les,
re昀氀ec琀椀ng the underrepresenta琀椀on of females in senior roles and the predominance
of males in leadership posi琀椀ons within the Company. We remain commi琀琀ed to
addressing these dispari琀椀es through ongoing ini琀椀a琀椀ves aimed at suppor琀椀ng the

The higher number of males in the lower and middle quar琀椀les likely re昀氀ects the
overall gender makeup of the Company, with males making up a greater propor琀椀on
of the total workforce. The increase in female representa琀椀on in these quar琀椀les in
2025 shows we are making progress in hiring and promo琀椀ng more women into midlevel posi琀椀ons, even though males s琀椀ll make up the majority.

Percentage in receipt of Bonus
Similar to 2024, a higher percentage of female employees received bonuses during
the repor琀椀ng period. This outcome aligns with our recruitment trends, where our
industry con琀椀nues to a琀琀ract a greater volume of male applicants and hires. At the
琀椀me of repor琀椀ng, a larger propor琀椀on of males were on proba琀椀on and in lower-level
roles, contribu琀椀ng to this overall trend. It should also be noted that employees on
proba琀椀on are not eligible for bonuses.
The report highlights that our bene昀椀ts-in-kind (BIK) data show an increase for
both genders, with a notable rise to 9% for females receiving these bene昀椀ts. The
alloca琀椀on of BIK is not related to gender, but rather to the nature of speci昀椀c roles
within the Company. As only a limited propor琀椀on of employees are eligible for these
bene昀椀ts, this trend re昀氀ects the con琀椀nued underrepresenta琀椀on of females in the
roles that qualify for BIK.
