A message from Damien Grehan, Our Chief Sustainability Officer
We are delighted once again to publish our annual
Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Report
and to share our continued progress, achievements and
insights from our journey throughout 2025..
ESG remains at the core of everything we do here in
TOBIN and an integral part of our Strategic Plan. We
are committed to continuing to address environmental
aspects of our own operations and have further cemented
this commitment through becoming a signatory to the
Pledge to Net Zero scheme.
We have been actively working on promoting the concept of the Circularity and the
Circular Economy to our sta昀昀 and this is an area which we will be giving further focus
to into the future.
We are also working with our clients to ensure that sustainability is at the heart of project
planning and delivery and through this ongoing positive collaboration we believe we
are making a real di昀昀erence.
Our Sustainability Core Value is guided by the UN Sustainable Development Goals
(SDGs), which underpin our environmental policy and framework. By aligning our
activities and services with these globally recognised goals, we continue to strengthen
our positive impact.
We have also been actively involved in the social fabric of the communities in which
we both live and work and this involvement is recognised and celebrated in this ESG
report. Our continued commitment to good governance is also highlighted including
our endeavours in diversity and inclusion, corporate governance and developing and
implementing relevant policies throughout the year.
Any feedback on our annual ESG Report is again very welcome from our employees,
clients and stakeholders. We hope to learn from this feedback and to improve as we
continue on our ESG journey.
