ATU Graduate Award
Michael Fleming represented TOBIN at the ATU
Graduation Special Awards Ceremony. TOBIN
was delighted to sponsore the graduate award
for Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) in Civil
Engineering.
Water & Utilities Away Day
Our Water & Utilities team enjoyed an away day
in Athlone. From powerful discussions on how
we grow, innovate, and support one another
to rea昀케rming our shared purpose in delivering
critical infrastructure across Ireland, the day was
昀椀lled with insight and motivation.
IMQS Annual Dinner Dance
At the Irish Mining and Quarrying Society (IMQS)
Annual Dinner Dance held in the Hodson Bay
Hotel, Athlone, IMQS President Ruairí O’Connor
paid a wonderful tribute to two outstanding
contributors to the Society, our own Siobhan
Tinnelly, Director at TOBIN, and former TOBIN
Director Sean Finlay.
Market Engagement Event for MetroLink
Some of our team attended a Market
Engagement event for MetroLink. The event
provided the most in-depth and transparent
insight to date into the delivery structure for the
MetroLink programme, as well as the exciting
opportunities this landmark and transformative
project will bring to Ireland.
Engineers Ireland Global Series 2025
Claire Hanly (HR Executive) was delighted to
host a table as part of Engineers Ireland Global
Series 2025. The event was a great success, and
was a fantastic opportunity to connect with peers
across the industry.
Engineers Ireland Webinars
Employees were enocuraged to attend a
series of lectures/webinars on Sustainability in
the West of Ireland ran by Engineers Ireland.
Brian Gallagher (Technical Director at TOBIN)
presented an engaging and in-depth
discussion on sustainable initiatives shaping the
West of Ireland.
