This year, we published our second Gender Pay Gap Report to reinforce our commitment
to gender equality and ensure we’re taking active steps towards closing any gaps that
may exist.
Our Gender Pay Gap Report provides transparency on the di昀昀erences in average pay
between men and women within the Company helping identify any disparities and
areas for improvement. It’s crucial for promoting equality, accountability, and informed
decision-making.
