Diversity and Inclusion
TOBIN is committed to fostering a diverse, inclusive, and respectful workplace where
all employees feel valued and supported. Our approach to diversity and inclusion is
grounded in our core principles of respect, integrity, and fairness, which guide how we
work together and create an environment in which everyone can thrive.
In support of health awareness and community engagement, TOBIN hosted a Wear
Pink Co昀昀ee Morning in aid of Breast Cancer Ireland. Employees were encouraged
to wear pink on the day to raise awareness, show solidarity, and support an important
cause, reinforcing both inclusion and social responsibility within the workplace.
In 2025, Company-wide Diversity and Inclusion Training was delivered as part
of our ongoing commitment to building an inclusive workplace culture. This training
supports awareness, understanding, and positive behaviours across the Company,
reinforcing our shared responsibility to uphold an environment where di昀昀erences are
recognised, respected, and embraced.
TOBIN also marked Pride Month in June with a Pride Month Co昀昀ee Morning, providing
an opportunity to celebrate inclusion and equality, while re昀氀ecting on the importance
of visibility and allyship for the LGBTQ+ community. This initiative reinforced TOBIN’s
commitment to valuing diverse perspectives and creating a workplace where all
employees feel safe, respected, and supported not only during Pride Month but
throughout the year.

To further strengthen our inclusive culture, TOBIN introduced a Culture Focus
Group, made up of employee volunteers from across the Company. Recognising
the rich diversity of cultures within our teams, the focus group provides a platform for
employees to share ideas, contribute insights, and help shape inclusive and engaging
initiatives that celebrate our people in meaningful ways.
