Health, Safety, and Wellbeing
TOBIN is committed to promoting a positive workplace culture that supports the mental,
physical, 昀椀nancial, and emotional well-being of our people. Throughout the year, a
range of initiatives have been implemented to encourage open dialogue, proactive
wellbeing practices, and access to appropriate supports. We also continue to promote
positive health habits and a healthy lifestyle through initiatives such as the provision of
fresh fruit in our o昀케ces and access to corporate gym membership o昀昀ers.
Wellbeing Champions
In 2025, we introduced Wellbeing Champions, Claire
and Olivia, who play a key role in promoting a culture of
wellbeing across the Company. Acting as accessible
points of contact, the Wellbeing Champions support
employees in accessing health and wellbeing
resources, encourage open conversations around
mental, physical, and emotional health, and help to
reduce stigma.
Wellbeing Gift Boxes
To further support employee well-being, Wellbeing
Gift Boxes were distributed to all employees. These
Health and Wellbeing boxes contained thoughtful
and practical items designed to encourage self-care
and reinforce TOBIN’s appreciation of its people.
Group Life Assurance schemes
In 2025, TOBIN also undertook a review of its Group Life Assurance schemes and
associated employee bene昀椀ts. These schemes include death in service, disability
coverage, and income protection. Following this review, TOBIN partnered with a new
provider and enhanced its bene昀椀t o昀昀erings, providing improved 昀椀nancial security and
peace of mind for employees and their families.

Employee Feedback
TOBIN continues to actively seek employee feedback through channels such as the
Suggestion Box, Employee Survey, and Employee Voice Forum. These mechanisms
enable open communication between employees and leaders and ensure that
employee voices are heard. In 2025, feedback received in relation to the Temporary
Working Abroad Policy informed an immediate policy update, introducing greater
昀氀exibility in how the allowance may be used. This re昀氀ects the importance TOBIN places
on meaningful employee consultation, responsive policy development, and 昀氀exible
working practices that support work-life balance and employee wellbeing.
TOBIN Safety Campaign
Wellbeing is further embedded within TOBIN’s safety culture through the TOBIN Safety
Campaign, which included two weeks of dedicated presentations covering a range of
safety topics, including employee wellbeing. Sessions such as The Role of Breaks in
Workplace Wellness and Wellbeing in Focus reinforced the importance of rest, balance,
and self-care in maintaining a healthy, safe, and productive working environment.
