Replacement of lighting with LED lighting across all our o昀케ces.
Continuing our Hybrid (Remote) Working Policy so that those that are able to work
remotely can do so for up to 3 days per week.TOBIN is developing guidelines for
those that are remote hybrid working to encourage a reduced wastage of electricty.
Promotion of cycle to work schemes and provision of bike parking and shower
facilities in o昀케ces.
Availing of Renewable Commercial Energy from our electricity suppliers where
possible.
Promoting the use of EVs including regular employees noti昀椀cations as to the
continued improved availability of charging points next to each of our o昀케ces.
TOBIN is striving to achieve a sustained reduction in the use of supplies including
paper. Sta昀昀 are encouraged to email documents rather than sending hard copies
to others, and to read documents on screen rather than printing out hard copies
Development of a green procurement policy and supply chain code of conduct.
Continued review of TOBIN suppliers for their carbon policies. One example is our
partnership with Green Ocean Co昀昀ee, a carbon-neutral supplier. In less than 18
months, TOBIN purchases of co昀昀ee allowed for the restoration of 81m² of oyster
and seagrass bed on the ocean 昀氀oor in Clew Bay.
