Worldskills Ireland 2023 Event
Sean Doyle won the Digital Infrastructure
Competition at the Worldskills Ireland Event
2023 at The RDS, Dublin.
Our Team member Iain Campbell also took part
in this competiton and made it as a 昀椀nalist.
Flood Risk Management Seminar
Technical Director, Patrick Cunningham,
and Flood Risk Management Lead, Mistaya
Langridge were delighted to present at the
annual Flood Risk Management Seminar 2023,
focusing on the Dunkellin Flood Relief Scheme.
Atlantic Language School
Engineers Michael and Cliona presented to the
Atlantic Language School an overview of TOBIN
the services that we o昀昀er and the many di昀昀erent
projects that we are involved in.
Irish Group Groundwater Conference
Corine Oggel presented in the ‘Early Career Short
Presentations’ session at the Irish Group Groundwater
Conference. Damien Doherty, Laura McGrath and Joe
Greene who were involved in the organising committee and
helping chair sessions and run the conference.

National Review of Rural Water Services
Brian Gallagher is pictured here with members
of the Rural Water Working Group in the Custom
House (Dublin), following his presentation to the
group of the key 昀椀ndings of the National Review
of Rural Water Services. Brian and his team,
supported by KPMG, commenced working on
the national review in 2021 and completed the
study in early 2023.
Water Ireland Conference
Team members in our Civil | Design Build |
Water division attended the Water Ireland
Conference at the Midlands Park Hotel, in
Portlaoise. The theme was “Sustainability” which
included environmental sustainability, the impact
of climate change and delivering and managing
water infrastructure in a sustainable manner.
Annual Women in Energy Seminar
Siobhán Tinnelly and Denise Meade attended
the Annual “Women in Energy” Seminar
where they enjoyed lively discussions with
an impressive panel of leaders working in the
energy sector.
