TOBIN has created a Career
Pathway Programme which is
intended to formalise the career
pathway
of
our
engineers,
scientists, quantity surveyors,
planners, technicians and all the
other professionals who are part of
the TOBIN team. The programme
aims to set out career progression
milestones for each grade of
professional, from graduate to
Operations Manager.
This will provide our sta昀昀 with more
visibility of their potential career progression and guide them in their own Continuing
Professional Development (CPD). The development of the Career Pathway was one of
the reasons for TOBIN being awarded Engineers Ireland CPD Employer of the Year in
2022.

We were delighted to present our graduates Emily O’Neill, Emma Connolly, Shane Cummins
and Úna Butler with their Engineers Ireland CPD Certi昀椀cate in Professional Engineering from
Technological University Dublin.
This programme has been designed with leading employers to allow recent graduates to get to
grips quicker with the professional standards expected of those working in engineering-led teams
and organisations. The programme is also of equal bene昀椀t to graduates from other disciplines
including Scientists, Planners and Quantity Surveyors.
Here at TOBIN, we are committed to our people’s development and progression, and our
Graduate Programme aims to support graduates to achieve their ambitions.
