The Employee Voice Team
The Employee Voice Team Forum which was launched at the start of 2022 continued,
with some new representatives, to meet throughout the course of 2023. It was set up to
enable an ongoing open conversation between employees and leaders to ensure every
voice is heard.
Two-way communication empowers everyone in the organisation to have a say, leading to
innovation, productivity, improved engagement and a better place to work.

Spectrum Life provides support, counselling services and
support to help cope and deal more e昀昀ectively with any personal
work related problems.

o昀昀ering support to our team and their dependent children.
Workplace Financial Wellbeing
As part of our Employee Wellbeing Programme, TOBIN partnered with Taxback to provide
tax refund and tax 昀椀lling services to all TOBIN employees.
World Mental Health Month
For World Mental Health Month in October 2023,
our People & Culture Team launched a month-long
“Wellbeing Series” which had some great initiatives
including sharing resources, tips and tools to work well
from home and managing stress e昀昀ectively.
It was a pleasure to have personal, leadership and
wellbeing coach and programme facilitator Laura
Maloney host another virtual wellness workshop for
our TOBIN O昀케ces. Laura hosted such an enjoyable
workshop, where she discussed tools, tips and
suggestions on how to manage your mental health.
Wellbeing Initiatives
Wellness Workshop Survey
We conducted a wellness workshop survey to gain feedback and comments on our
workshops during the year. Employees opinions are important to us, and this survey
was a chance to express those opinions. This feedback is a starting point for our 2024
wellbeing action plan.
Encouraging Healthy Habits
At TOBIN, we believe in encouraging a healthy
lifestyle and in 2023, we continued to deliver fresh
fruit to all our o昀케ces. We have also secured corporate
rates for gym memberships, proximal to our individual
o昀케ces.

Across all our o昀케ces, we hosted a co昀昀ee morning in aid of Mental Health Ireland in
September of 2023.
