Employee Handbook: The employee policies in this handbook describe the
obligations, rights and the responsibilities of employees and of the Company itself. It
details how you may expect to be treated as an employee, and the behaviours that you
are encouraged to display in order to make a positive contribution to the Company. We
undertook a full review and update of our Employee Handbook in 2024.
Family-Friendly Policies: The Company aims to be a family-friendly workplace and
supports several family-friendly practices to assist in achieving this goal. Family-friendly
practices are designed to help employees combine employment with their family life,
caring responsibilities, and personal and social life outside the workplace. Examples of
our practices are those relating to entitlements such as maternity leave, paternity leave,
adoptive leave, force majeure leave, carers leave, medical leave for care purposes,
parental leave, and parents leave, as well as other measures such as remote working,
hybrid working, core time 昀氀exibility, and part-time working arrangements.
Sick Leave: The Company complies with its obligations in relation to statutory sick pay
through the application of its own Company Sick Pay Scheme.
Additional Leave: TOBIN have additional family-friendly policies such as parental
leave, parent’s leave, paternal leave, force majeure leave, adoptive leave, carer’s
leave, medical leave for care purposes and compassionate leave.
Domestic Violence Leave Policy: This policy promotes a workplace culture that
facilitates disclosures of domestic abuse and supports employees subjected to
domestic violence. It details the Company’s approach to leave for employees who have
been or are at risk of being subjected to domestic violence and abuse, or where the
employee is supporting a relevant person.
Jury Service: The Company facilitates employees to ful昀椀l their civic responsibilities by
serving jury duty when required.

Internal Audits: TOBIN has a Risk and Technical Quality Committee in place which
provides independent assurance over the control environment on a continuous basis.
Periodic reports are provided to the Risk Committee.
Data Protection: This policy applies to the processing of personal data in manual and
electronic records kept by us in connection with its human resources function. It also
covers our response to any data breach and other rights under GDPR.
Document Retention and Protection of Privacy: As part of its accounting and
compliance policies and procedures, TOBIN has a records retention policy that
identi昀椀es the types of documents that must be retained and for how long. This is done
in full compliance with GDPR rules and regulations.
