may exist.
Investors in Diversity Bronze Accreditation
TOBIN are proud to have achieved the Investors in Diversity Bronze Accreditation
in 2024, from the Irish Centre for Diversity. This milestone is a testament to our
dedication to fostering a workplace culture that values equity, diversity, and inclusion.
Our Gender Pay Gap Report provides transparency on the di昀昀erences in average pay
between men and women within the Company helping identify any disparities and
areas for improvement. It’s crucial for promoting equality, accountability, and informed
decision-making.
