At
TOBIN,
we
are
delighted
to
publish
our
second
Environmental,
Social,
and
Governance
(ESG)
Report,
reinforcing
our
commitment to making this an annual initiative.
ESG remains at the heart of what we do and is embedded
in our Strategic Plan. Through our ESG activities, we
aim to address the social and environmental concerns
of our own operations, those of our stakeholders, and
the communities in which we operate—underpinned
by strong corporate governance as a key enabler.
As a forward-looking company, we continue to support and develop ESG initiatives
under the guidance of our Chief Sustainability O昀케cer (CSO) and ESG Subcommittee,
ensuring the necessary resources are allocated to drive meaningful change. A
core aspect of our ESG approach is the promotion of sustainability, not just within
our own operations but also in collaboration with our clients on all our projects.

ESG Report
Our Sustainability Core Value is founded on the UN Sustainable Development
Goals (SDGs), and our environmental policy incorporates a sustainability
framework aligned with the SDGs, where relevant to our activities and services.
While TOBIN is just one part of the bigger picture, we 昀椀rmly believe that
through our ESG initiatives, we can drive positive change—making a real
impact on climate action, resource management, and community well-being.
Our new Annual TOBIN ESG Report provides us with the opportunity to showcase
our ESG e昀昀orts in 2024, and we welcome feedback from our employees, clients, and
stakeholders as we continue on this journey.
