Wellbeing
The Employee Voice Team
The Employee Voice Team Forum which was launched at the start of 2022 continued,
with some new representatives, to meet throughout the course of 2024. It was set up
to enable an ongoing open conversation between employees and leaders to ensure
every voice is heard. Two-way communication empowers everyone in the Company
to have a say, leading to innovation, productivity, improved engagement and a better
place to work.
Employee Assistance Programme
and Wellbeing Platform
Spectrum Life provides support, counselling services and
support to help cope and deal more e昀昀ectively with any personal
or work related problems. TOBIN avails of this support service,
which is available 24/7, 365 days a year, to assist our team
members and their dependent children.
Additional resources are available on our internal system under
“Health & Wellbeing at TOBIN”.
Wellness Workshop Survey
We conducted a wellness workshop survey to gain feedback and comments on our
workshops during the year. Employees opinions are important to us, and this survey
was a chance to express those opinions. This feedback was a starting point for our
2024 wellbeing action plan.
Supporting Menopause
In October, we had the pleasure of having Norma
Fitzgibbon from the HR suite talk on Supporting
Menopause in the Workplace where she highlighted the
importance of fostering a supportive culture at work for
those going through menopause.
Leadership and Resilience
We were delighted to have Hugh Fitzmaurice, an
expert in leadership and resilience, deliver an inspiring
and impactful session centered on resilience, mental
昀椀tness, and leadership awareness.
Health & Nutrition
Sinéad Bradbury, Health and Nutrition Consultant,
hosted an insightful webinar on “Health & Nutrition Habits with Impact.” She discussed the crucial elements
of quality sleep, nutrition, and movement, emphasising
their profound impact on our overall well being.
Encouraging Healthy Habits
At TOBIN, we believe in encouraging a healthy lifestyle and in 2024, we continued
to deliver fresh fruit to all our o昀케ces. We have also secured corporate rates for gym
memberships, proximal to our individual o昀케ces.
Workplace Financial Wellbeing
As part of our Employee Wellbeing Programme, TOBIN partnered with Taxback to
provide tax refund and tax 昀椀lling services to all TOBIN employees. We have also
partnered with Money Jar, a digital banking service that provides individuals with an
Irish IBAN to ease the transition for new hires relocating to Ireland.

of Mental Health Ireland in September of 2024.
