Replacement of lighting with LED lighting across all our o昀케ces.
Continuing our Hybrid (Remote) Working Policy so that those that are able to work
remotely can do so for up to 3 days per week.
Promotion of cycle to work schemes and provision of bike parking and shower
facilities in o昀케ces.
Availing of Renewable Commercial Energy from our electricity suppliers where
possible.
Promoting the use of EVs including regular employees noti昀椀cations as to the
continued improved availability of charging points next to each of our o昀케ces.
If travel is necessary, then TOBIN asks that public transport should be considered
where it is available. TOBIN o昀昀ers a tax saving ticket to all employees for using
public transport at a reduced rate.
Development of a green procurement policy and supply chain code of conduct.
Continued review of TOBIN suppliers for their carbon policies. One example is
our partnership with Green Ocean Co昀昀ee, a carbon-neutral supplier. In 2024, our
co昀昀ee purchases contributed to the restoration of 33m² of oyster and seagrass
beds on the ocean 昀氀oor in Clew Bay.
